Procedure for Enrollment
- Complete a registration form and hand it in to the membership chairman with a $65.00 non-refundable check to AHCNS ($5 extra for each additional child in the same family). In May, you will receive an enrollment packet.
- Complete all the forms in the enrollment packet, including all health forms for you and your child. Some forms will require completion by your child's pediatrician and the parent's doctor.
- A one-month tuition deposit (applied to May) will be due in late May. All enrollment forms will be due in early June. You will receive instructions at our annual May potluck regarding issues concerning the school, parent/guardian participation in the classrooms and family jobs.
Please note:
- For all students who have registered in the Spring for fall classes, you will receive forms at the May Potluck dinner, which is held toward the end of the school year. Forms and payments must be turned in by June 7th.
- For students registering after the start of the school year: the student may start one week after all forms and payments have been completed.
- There is a minimum one week processing period between the time of payment (and form submission) to the time a child can start school. A child can not begin school without all the necessary forms and payments.

All classes
- Children must be 2, 3 or 4 years old (for the 2, 3, or 4 year old classes respectively) by September 1st of the school year.
- Children must be up-to-date on their immunizations. We cannot make exceptions.
- Children are not required to be toilet trained. However, if a child has frequent accidents while in underwear, the teacher may request that they come to school in disposable diapers or disposable training pants.

Schedule of Payment
Before child starts school:
- $65.00 non-refundable registration fee
- One month's tuition (applied to the month of May)
During school year
- Tuition will be billed by the first of every month, and is due no later than the 10th of the month.
- Any fees for the PHP and afterschool classes will be added to the bill.
